Talk to Felipe at Compuplus ( next to the pizza place on the main street) - he has Telmex coming to his store 2 or 3 times a week and he can arrange for a new modem - he did that for us and we were hooked up again in less and a week. Felipe speaks English and is very knowledgeable and friendly.
