Ditto Stephanie! I have been wanting to do something about this problem as well and was starting some research into the Restorative Justice system used quite successfully with First Nations peoples in the North. If the
youth(s)responsible can be identified, it may prove to be a good resource as it involves education and awareness. The victim's point of view is presented to the offender so they can see the results of their actions. And they are given the opportunity to provide restitution through suggestions from the victim and the community. I'm glad you are taking action!
