Just curious... Is this a forum where all perspectives are invited or only those who think alike? Not a bad thing, thinking alike, but exclusive. It appears to me that many homeowners of La Manzanilla have contributed their ideas and values to the community but expect something back. ... that is security from vandals and thieves? If so, have you shared your expectations / hopes and dreams with the local people? If you expect something for your time and effort then it has to be clear for all that you expect to be safe from thieves and vandals... From what I have seen, the gringos here have incredible homes. If I put myself in the shoes of my La Manzanilla Mexian neighbours, who are fishermen and shop keepers, and live in the most humble of abodes, I would see the disparity right in front of my face. How do you fix that? |
