We saw Abel on the street and he mentioned that he is receiving compliments about his son's work that was posted on the internet. (Ulises had his 14th birthday today)

He also said the kids will be selling their paintings in the jardin this Saturday and Sunday - to raise money for more art supplies and classes, because Hurricane Jova damaged a lot of their materials.

Perhaps the kids' paintings could be photographed and made into La Manzanilla greeting cards... maybe for sale in the bookstore? ...sounds like a great idea!
