Wow Bret,

Quite precise. I know that I was expecting a response along the lines of, "Hey, idiot, look at your bill!" Which, given the way the message board is sometimes, I'm shocked (no pun) that it was not the 1st response. None the less, I don't get a bill and have not had one for 1 1/2 years more or less b/c I have a credit at CFE. So, I never see any paperwork from them. I know Willy looks at his bills on line and I think it shows the rates on your bill. I read your post as best I could and I think it sounds about right.
