NEW flexible beginners spanish course

As we all know that life can get very busy here in La Manzanilla and sometimes there is not even enough time to learn Spanish! We are responding to the requests of various people who are asking for a more flexible immersion program to help them learn Spanish, without have to commit to our 15-hour/week Spanish immersion course. So we are offering new flexible immersion programs for beginner’s in the mornings, which will run over a 2-week period. These courses will help you to be able to get around better in Mexico, doing important things like ordering food, talking about the weather, meeting local people and not feeling like you are not in hyper-space when someone is speaking Spanish to you. Our beginner’s semi-intensive course will give you just what you need to build confidence and not feel like a rooky anymore when it come to speaking and understanding some basic Spanish. In this course, you will get the basics, including learning: • The natural way to learn a second language • How to develop your “Spanish mouth” or proper pronunciation • How to understand and carry on basic dialogues to help you get around • Comprehension skills • Some quick tricks to learning the language Course Time: MWF 9am-11am – Early Beginners Tuesday & Thursday 9am-12pm – Solid/Advanced Beginners 2011-12 Course Start Dates (5 different session dates offered!) • Monday, December 12th – Friday, December 23rd, 2011 • Monday, January 2nd - Friday, January 13th • Monday, January 16th – Friday, January 27th • Monday, January 30th – Friday, February 10th • Monday, February 13th - Friday, February 24th Advanced registration necessary. You must register at La Catalina School office no later than the Friday before you plan to start your course. We require a minimum of 2 persons to run each course. Groups will be no larger than 6 persons. The course will be taught by Isaura, and our other wonderful native teachers.
