That's good info. Thanks for everybody's tips.
I'm getting the code read on Monday. It came on earlier in the year, and I made an appointment to check it out, but then I cleaned the battery terminals, and that cleared the code and wiped the memory. It went months before coming back on. I'll figure it out before starting a 3,000 mile drive.
