Brenda Dempsey, in collaboration with SUPlaneta (my new stand up paddle board company), will be offering a stand up paddle board yoga session from 9:00-11:00 a.m. on Wed., Dec. 21. Depending on turnout this is something we plan to offer every Wed. Min. number: 4. Max: 6. The class meets on the beach in front of Lora Loka´s Restaurant. The price is $450 pesos / person. Participants will receive brief dryland stand up paddle and yoga instruction before heading onto the water to practice yoga on a floating mat. Come find out why SUP Yoga is booming!
