Aggressive Dogs on Beach

This morning when my husband and I were walking our dog on the beach, three barking dogs ran up to us, as if to attack our dog, who was on a leash. My husband threw a rock at one of them and their owner came down from the campground, wielding a shovel. My husband asked if he was going to hit him with it, and he said, "Yes. I'm going to kill you!" We had the exact same thing happen with this same person last year (except the verbal confrontation). We made a official report in the Delegado's office this morning. Raymundo wasn't there but his secretary, Rafael was, and he wrote up the report. He says they'll send somebody out to let this man know that he has to keep his dogs confined to his camp. It is on the farside of the cemetary. If anyone has had a similar incident with this person and his dogs, I'd like to ask you to go by the Delegación and let them know about it. The safety of the beach concerns all of us.
