Regarding Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) Yoga, I´d like to make a couple announcements: |
1. We can schedule it on a Monday or Friday morning as well, but only with a minimum of 4 people. Otherwise, we´ll shoot to run it with a 4-person minimum on Wednesdays.
2. We are recommending that you have previous experience on a SUP or that you take the introductory SUP lesson first, or that you at least know how to surf or kayak. Obviously, you need to know how to swim.
