I invite you to this very special event Saturday, Jan. 7 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center, 130A Playa Blanca, 2 blocks down from Martin's. DANCE YOUR HEART'S CENTER: An inspirational Hoop Dancing workshop run by Tarapin Burke. This class invites all to dance with their heart center and discover hoopdance, a beautiful movement based art form that combines coordination and compassion into a sacred dance. We will work through basic foundations and explore the rhythm and movements that make up the breath of hoopdance. We will explore expression through hooping on our waist, with our hands, off of our bodies and on our bodies, understanding technique as well utilizing the concept of being present and moving with the breath.
