The Slow Club slowly resumes its slow activities

Hello everyone interested in Tai-Chi,

Pablo and Gaby are back in La Manzanilla and the Slow Club will resume its Tai-Chi classes, beginning December 27, 2011, with Pablo at La Catalina Natural Language School, in the Palapa (third floor), Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 9:00am till about 10:30am.

We do warming up and stretching exercises, Chi Gong and various forms of Tai-Chi. Beginners are welcome.

If you have any questions, call Pablo (351-5368) or Victor (351-5362.
