Yoga, Pilates Classes Monday and Tuesday only this week

There will only be classes Monday and Tuesday this week as I'm traveling to New Jersey/New York to see Rutgers play in the Pinstripe Bowl at Yankee Stadium, and see my family in NJ.

This week's shortened schedule is as follows:
Monday, YogaPilates 9-10 a.m.
Tuesday, Vinyasa Flow 9-10 a.m. and Go Deeper 10:30-11:30 a.m.

All classes will resume as usual the week of Jan. 2.

PS -- I also do have some available appointments left for reflexology if you would like an appointment before January.
