Don't forget about the last time there was a crime wave, about two years ago.
When Frank came to our "rescue" with an alternative police department,
I think they were called the tourist police, or something like that.
The end goal that time was to have a police department other than
the one that was elected. Lucky for us it ended up not working.
This stealing is being allowed to exist, for one reason or another.
Don't get fooled by worthless or politically motivated alternatives.
The powers that be either recognize the opportunity La Manzanilla is providing
in the long term, or they are short term orientated.
