SUP lesson -- shameless plug

I did my first stand-up paddle boarding recently on a rental board from Dave. I did not take a lesson because I am coordinated and I learn things easily.

It's not as easy as it looks!

If I were to do it again, I would take a lesson, to steepen my learning curve and spend more time paddling and less time learning!

(note: I had a great time learning on my own, but mainly what I was doing was splashing around and climbing back on the board. I wasn't doing a great deal of actual locomotion. If you wanna *move*, then take the lesson. YMMV)
