long term rental

I am looking for a long term (year)furnished rental in La Manz, starting in February some time. I'm a single woman, work online so need internet access, prefer 2 bedrooms for visiting family and friends. Rent under $900 pm. I'm not looking for anything fancy, would prefer to rent from a local in a local area. Any suggestions, help appreciated. Thanks. Susan
