We have been here for 2 months. The last few times we visited, we had a great feeling here. This time, we live beside neighbours who have stretched our boundaries. When they abused a young pup I thought I would burst. The noise, kids screaming, dogs barking, and firecrackers are making me lose my mind. Bottom line is the same one as I have said all along... We are guests in a foreign country. ...What a great opportunity for learning about our own boundaries. Because this is what we are talking about. I am currently enjoying my favourite tunes at FULL VOLUME! How liberating is that? (Hope the neighbours don't burn down our palapa; we are mere renters here. I have been told that that is what they did to neighbours who disagreed with them 2 years ago!!) Bottom line, Go with the flow or .... Leave?  |
