I have been as a Canadian been coming to melaque for 24 years and have never heard of anything like this ever happening Do I feel less safe? nope.I am sad that it happened and send my condolances to the family But I think the media is blowing this out of propertion.It only takes one bad apple to spoil it for everyone. The people of this community are saddened and shocked that this happened to a tourist here in this fishing village that is just beginning to bounce back after a hurricane.They are hard working and kind people They just want to be safe and feed their families
