Yoga, Pilates Schedule this week

We continue this week with fun and transformation at Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center, 130A Playa Blanca, 2 blocks from Martin's.

YogaPilates: Mon-Wed-Fri 9-10 a.m.

Vinyasa Flow taught by guest yoga teacher Ken Law: Tues-Thurs-Sat 9-10 a.m.

Go Deeper: Tues-Thurs 10:30-11:30 a.m.

All classes are donation only and mats are available.
