Last night Dave and I had the most marvelous curry dish at Karim`s Restaurant. He had the chicken and I had the shrimp, both smothering a bed of basmati rice! Yum, yum! You could smell these delicious aromas coming from the kitchen as each part of the meal was prepared fresh. A really nice change from the fish and seafood dishes prepared in the beach restaurants. He has a couple of basics - curry with shrimp or chicken; basmati rice with chicken or shrimp; stir-fry veggies with oriental noodles; stir-fry rice with shrimp or chicken; and "soup of the day with the special of the day".
