Discover your strength and creativity from the inside out.... with a partner! We invite you to experience the amazing world of partner yoga that brings deeper stretching and connection to your being. This yoga is performed with a partner where you explore postures in a whole new way as you go deeper into your practice and open your heart, body and soul.
