La Huerta taxes to Ejido or Municipio

Someone said they pay taxes in Cihuatlan and their property is Ejido (Ranchito). I know 4 other people (Jaluco Ejido) that don't and it was never suggested they do. One person for 10 years, the rest of us 4-5. I thought you only paid in Cihuatlan when your property is removed from the Ejido (normalized). What's happening with La Huerta
