That could explain why the services we care for are so hard to get. We expect a safe community, we would like a clean environment and more eductaional oppurtunities and yet these costs come from where?????

This is what the President said in his comments just last Thursday. With folks paying the taxes there would be funds for other projects.

Are taxes not being paid beacuse folks don't understand the when and where? Or because they feel they do not need to here?
