Dave Lock your doors & stash your stuff and be aware you have come to Mexico. Stop trying to change everything. If you are getting ripped off constantly then maybe you are doing something wrong or you shouldn`t be there , I don`t know . Mexico is a fabulous place but part of the charm is that they do things differently. If you want something to change to what you want, you have to have a lot of money to make it so . You could hire ten cops but there is no gaurantee that that will stop anything, but, it could change the atmosphere of the town . Imagine how great things would be if Frank got hired by the anti crime crew two years ago. It sucks being worried about your stuff all the time but these are hard times and they are going to get even harder and not just in Mexico . Get you an air horn they are 8 bucks , 4 bucks for hornet spray and sleep tight . If you need a stash then open a solid locker business where people can go in and store their passports etc. Take a debit card and go to the bank and take out just what you need for the week . You should know the drill by now. Ask that the municipality can have a place to directly report crimes. Have a central house in town where someone is home and drop off your computer when you go to the beach. Blah Blah Blah and on and on.
