| Four of us did this trip a couple of years ago. It is a long drive - 12 hours with really no place to stop. There were a lot of Federales on the road. We did stop half way at a little Mexican bar where we had a beer and our boxed lunch. We did not feel threatened nor were there any incidents out of the ordinary.
