They usually arrive shortly after the 20th of the month. The 21 being a Saturday this month, we'll have to hope for this Monday. They are delivered to the Muebleria one block south of Martin's Restaurant on Calle Playa Blanca. There are two stacks delivered by CFE, one is for bills to be paid and the other is for bills that have already been paid by a bank or by another means. If your bill is paid monthly by a bank or by some other remote means, you will never find you receipt if you don't tell them that.
