IMHO it would be helpful if prior to the taxes being due that a message be posted indicating when and where it must be paid; I don't really think a list of who and how much are necessary now that we all know the scoop.

So: if my lot is 15 x 20 = 300 x .50 = 150

Would the taxes then on the land to be paid to the Ejido be the going exchange rate on the $150?
