Market beside Walmart

Last January there was a group of merchants with some nice things from Oxaha, however it is spelled, that were beside the Walmart in Manzanillo for the month of January. Does anyone know if they are back this year? I tried various sites in Manzanillo but was unsuccessful if finding out.
