I will never really know where we fit into the purchasing of materials and labour but this was discussed openly at the onset of construction as I felt this might have been the case in the higher price from one GC however, todate I am very satisfied with the mix of labour and the supply of materials and especially the supervision and team management of the contractor. My advise is to seek competative pricing from local and that means Melaque and the general area.
