I was there too and had a few words with Susana and Victor. My take on the requirements for approval by the CEA etc.,was that they (the CEA, etc) needed the positive votes of 80 per cent of the population(!) at one meeting. I don't think you ever will get all of the people in LM to show up for any meeting, and is there is a venue for the 2,000 plus people that make up the whole population? I think the CEA has to rethink the procedure.
I saw several other estranjeros at the meeting. I wonder if I got the Spanish right. Anybody else?
