Hi Camila,

After thinking about it for a bit I decided I will respond to your post
for a couple of reasons. Number 1, I think dialog is good (if not immediately
then in the long run). Number 2, I want to encourage you in what you are doing,
which is speaking your mind.

Your post confused me a bit so I will respond in parts after quoting you.

"....and it seems like the Government would do anything to keep tourist
from leaving or coming back."

I think you meant to say from not coming back i.e. they are trying to protect
/ encourage tourism.

"I think that it might make people think twice before giving us so
much bad press internationally".

Can you clarify this please.

"I don't think this necessarily helps the issue but now only creates new
ones for those who cant "escape" Mexico".

And this.

"F.Y.I.: the accused are not allowed to speak to anybody, no family
members and lawyer is not allowed to review the "incriminating evidence"
to be able to defend them. Also there are eye witnesses that saw them
at home when the murder took place...."

Hopefully if the persons arrested for the crime are innocent that will
come out in the trial. I would also hope that those who have information
which would be beneficial to those arrested would be present at the trial
to assist them, or at least give statements.

I also have thoughts on the Melaque in Motion Blog, but I am not sure if
I will post them. Regardless I wanted to respond to you.

Keep up the conversations, it is one of the roads to solutions and a blessing
that we have this ability to share, to speak freely.
