Good Post ! Was reading the San Antonio Express today and they report in Presidio (border town ) A Mexican GENERAL and 29 soldiers have just been arrested for murder, torture , kidnapping ,drug rippoffs and then selling the drugs , and on and on . Trapped between criminals and crooked cops and military ......how can things possibly get better ? Is there any wonder people want to move somewhere for a better life ?
