Snorkelers Alert

I met with Evar, the boat and snorkel skipper, He is free to take a party early Monday morning (time to be agreed). He will either charge $500peso per hour for the boat or $300peso per person. He can take up to 9 people. Includes snorkeling equipment We would like to keep costs to a maximum of $300 each and would be happy to do Tamarindo which, I would imagine would be doable in 2hrs? Unless of course we get a full boat in which case we could apparently even go to Tenacanaci.(sorry about the spelling -I am guessing) And watch whales there and back. Evar needs a deposit once we decide. The weather forecast for Sunday is rain but for Monday cloudy at first then clearing. Does any one know if the run off from rain will effect the visibility here? Please let me know asap if you are definitely in and any time restrictions.
