Morning Birding Tours

Since I am still waiting to hear back from the ejido as to when the mangrove birding tours will open back up, I am offering a new birding tour:

Morning Birding Tour by vehicle and light walking. Departs from SUPlaneta office at 8:00 a.m. and goes till 10:00 a.m. Includes transportation, binoculars, spotting scope. We will check out some local hot birding spots within the tropical dry forest where weŽll see a variety of song birds and birds of prey, and a nearby wetlands where we will pick up shore and water birds. Natural history interpretation of tropical dry forest ecosystem provided as well.

I plan to offer this tour at least 2 times per week, if not more. This week I am offering it on Thurs., Feb. 16 and Fri., Feb. 17. Minimum number: 4; max: 6. Price: $400 pesos / person.
