Yes, Phil - there IS a wonderful lady (Luz) who makes the best chili rellenos! The restaurant is Palapa Sol y Mar and if you "search" the restaurant name on this message board, you will find a map posted by D. You better get there early, because she has sold out the last 2 Wednesdays!
