I had an ultra sound done at the Echauri Clinic in Manzanillo and received the results the same day only costing 1100 pesos. I inquired about MRI's and one can also have those done. While looking at their fee schedule the MRI's range in price depending. The most expensive MRI is a pelvic MRI costing about 7600 pesos. You will probably require a requisition (referral) from a doctor. I found the medical service at Echauri to be very good. If you need a doctor, drop me an email and I would be happy to pass that info onto you.
