The Healing Hands benenfit for La Manzanilla's ambulance will be held Saturday, 2/25, with two possible opportunities for participant sign-up in advance: 1) Saralynn will be at the Jardin this Sunday (2/19) during the Flea Market, from 9:30 AM until 11:30 AM. If you wish to sign-up for a treatment at this time, please bring the exact change (200 pesos or 100 pesos)and meet her; she will be wearing a bright red blouse. Early birds get the...you know. 2) If there are available time slots, Rhema will be outside the bookstore Friday (2/24) from 10:30 AM until noon to book the remaining appointments. Again, please bring exact change. This year the services offered are massages by Brenda and Reiko, reiki treatments by Maedb and Mayama, two reflexology treatments by Karen, chakra balancing/aura readings by Steve, and manicures/pedicures by Lupita and Lorena (and/or their assistants). We are asking 200 pesos for all treatments except for the manicures/pedicures, which will go for 100 pesos each. All these 40-minute services will be offered at Casa Luz, Boca del Rio, on Saturday, 2/25, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM except for Lupita's manicures/pedicures. These will be offered later, and appointment cards will be sold in advance, as Lupita is unavailable on Saturday. All proceeds will be donated to the ambulance fund for the benefit of the entire community. Come on out, give yourself a well-deserved treat at a bargain price, and help boost our ambulance fund.
