Hi Everyone, Lots of exciting things going on at Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center, located at 130A Playa Blanca, 2 blocks down from Martin's. Reflexology sessions by appointment. Experience the relaxation and rejuvenation of reflexology (feet and hands). Cost is 200 pesos per 1-hour session. You can come to the studio or I can come to you! Free Meditation Event this Friday. Be a part of this world-wide meditation group, MedMob. Join us for an hour of meditation 10:30-11:30 a.m. at the studio. You can come for the full hour or for a portion of it. No meditation experience necessary. Yoga, Pilates, Deep Stretching... Join us for our regularly scheduled, donation-only classes this week.
