good or great news are always welcome but so far there is little tangible evidence - villalobos should loose all the terrain he think is his, because all underlying paperwork and actions or lack thereof make his claim legally invalid, but he has the dough and connections and he will most likely file appeals and for amparos for a long time to come. when the illegal fence and gate come down we could all see that something is moving ... one of the hopes we have is that the next government in GDL and DF are not PAN, the are the bastards that allowed this thing to happen, both governments are in on this deal. if the PRI guys are getting in in GDL ( state ) they have said that they will indict/prosecute emilio ganzales and if they do the court may just see fit to make this right and put the sob into jail and give back the stolen properties, let us keep our fingers crossed !
