There are many small hotels and B&Bs. in
the Chapala area. Do you want to be near or
in Ajijic or do you want to stay in Chapala?
The Monticello is on the highway just outside
Chapala and a car would be needed. Other places
within either Chapala or Ajijic are in my mind
more fun because you can walk everywhere. Ajijic
probably more so as there are galleries restaurants and shops plus a malecon. We have a
Lake Chapala Society (LCS) Directory that you can
