Moving to La Manzanilla?

Good evening all. I was in La Manzanilla a few years ago on vacation with my wife and kids. It was such a great place and it has never left my mind. We stayed at the house listed as #59 Everardo. Recently my wife and I are talking about dropping out of the hustle and bustle of a 9-5 life and moving to La Manzanilla after the kids get out of school. Maybe purchasing and renting some rooms. We will still need to be able to make enough money for daily living. I have done my preliminary research and as long a prices do not skyrocket it should be an attainable goal for us. I have done my preliminary research on foreigners purchasing land/property (and I know purchasing is the wrong word.) With that being said I am looking for any and all advice I can get on how to plan for this move. Though it is a few years in the future I want to try to see all the bumps in the road that I can. So the questions that have come to mind so far are:

What are the utility costs for 5-8 bedroom house?
Water
Electricity
Gas
Telephone (cellular?)
Internet
etc?

I see the listing prices for properties, is that what they are actually selling for?

What are the annual taxes? Is there such a thing as homeowners insurance there? if so is it needed?

Are there enough tourist/non locals visting overnight to support a decent life renting rooms?

How many foreigners are living in the town now and from what areas of the world (We are from Iowa smack dab in the middle of the USA.)?

I think I will stop at that for now. Thank you for taking the time to muddle through my ignorance and even more so if you take the time to make me less ignorant. Feel free to reply on here or email me at marksphonemail@gmail.com.
