Thank you for the information!!! We are at least 7 years from making the move. I know a lot can change in that time but we are making our future house payments now so when we make the move we have the capital built up and that is when our youngest finishes school. I work for state government here and need to get 7-10 years in to guarantee my retirement benefits. I am hopefully that more properties will be titled by then. If envestments payoff I am hopeful that we can purchase a property a few years before we move and let one of the property management companies handle it until we move.
