I concur with you, Daniel, and with Seig,

NO celebrations until the fence is down and everyone has access to the beach without having show identification, have your car searched, armed guards on the beach watching to make sure you don't take a photograph.

That is the first step.

The second celebration is when the land is returned to its rightful owners.

This is all hopeful, but that is all.
