I just talked to Tracye at Crazy Cactus - evidently the airport is so controlled for this sort of thing (car rentals and taxis) it is best if you just caught one of the airport cabs and ask them to take you directly to Crazy Cactus - then you can fill out all the paperwork, etc. If you have a specific vehicle in mind, just email them at http://www.barradenavidad.com/barra/English/Cactus_RealEstate2.html
