Restaurant-Boca de Iguanas

They've changed management at the resort's restaurant. Now, an experienced restauranteur from Barra and with very capable help including the chef, who did himself proud.
Had dinner there last night - what a change from the past. It was just fantastic - I had Caesar Salad and the arrachera with a very tasty sauce, my wife has a seafood plate - fish, mussels and shrimp - she said delicious. I gather they intend changing their menu on a weekly basis.
Chencho, the barman, was his usual very attentive and friendly self.
Well worth a visit, and we plan on returning real soon.
