Hey Tim - when you get all those 500 pesos notes from the ATM machine, all you have to do is go inside the bank, wait silently and patiently on the right wall and then the person (usually in Till #4) will change all those 500's into 200's, 100's, 50's and 20's. I have had to wait about 5 minutes to be served (do not need a "ticket") - always pleasant and the best way to get the small change required for our pueblo.
