Sabina's Missing Daughter Dalila

We have posted here previously about Sabina and Francisco’s missing daughter. I won’t try to tell the story of the family and Dalila’s disappearance as others more directly involved can do that more precisely. We have met with Sabina several times, also Francisco and soon with their daughter to help answer questions and develop a plan with them. We have arranged for an investigator to come here from iR3 to help with the investigation at no cost to the family. International Rescue and Recovery Resource www.iR3.org iR3 conducts searches for missing persons throughout Mexico and the Americas. iR3 exists as an international collaboration between investigators, technology professionals, law enforcement, trackers, Search-and-Rescue teams, reporters, and experts in other correlated and specialized fields. To protect the unique positions and status of our colleagues, iR3 does not publicly name active team members. This preserves critical access to information that would otherwise be beyond reach. iR3 associates donate their time and resources to each case. Families pay only for actual costs incurred during a search. iR3 accepts only the cases of innocent individuals who have disappeared or been kidnapped. We do not search for people who have voluntarily disappeared, nor do we involve ourselves in parental custody disputes, except in cases where the children are believed to be endangered. In the last twelve months, iR3 rescue and recovery operations have occurred in California (U.S.), Arizona (U.S.), Vermont (U.S.), Baja California (Mexico), Sonora (Mexico), Oaxaca (Mexico), and Costa Rica. Things yet to do: Create a new flyer and print it in color on a glossy stock to weather the rain. Establish a virtual telephone number for Jalisco that can forward to an iR3 number that will ring on the investigator’s hip while in Mexico. Find a person who might be able to maintain a Find Dalila page on Facebook, and as a Blog Place ads on Craigslist and OLX Others that have been of great assistance.
