There will be 2-3 people at the National counter (rental yard) all will be proficient in English. The yard staff will "struggle".

The online sites for car rentals are USA based and assume a US/Canada insurance structure. The Mexican rental locations are an "add on" and the different insurance structure is not accomodated. I think this leads to much angst by gringos who think they have been mislead or taken advantage of.

I just coached a friend of mine who flew into PV and stay in La Manz for two weeks. Are you familiar with driving in PV? and finding your way to La Manz?
