I invite you to Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center 130A Playa Blanca this week for donation-only classes.

YogaPilates: Mon-Wed-Fri 9-10 a.m.

Vinyasa Flow yoga: Tues-Thurs-Sat 9-10 a.m.

Go Deeper: Tues-Thurs 10:30-11:30 a.m.

Also, Reflexology appointments can still be scheduled. The cost is 200 pesos for a 1-hour session. Please see our home page for details: www.bendingtreeyogahealing.com.
