The US and Canada "spring forward" into Daylight Savings Time this Sunday, March 11, at 2 a.m.

Mexico changes to DST on April 1.

During those three weeks between our respective time changes, the Pacific Coast up north will be only 1 hour behind us, instead of the usual 2 hours.
